Ten Years of Spoil Yourself Natural

On October 12, 2016, Spoil Yourself Natural began its journey. It's hard to believe that ten years have passed!

What started with a passion for creating natural skincare has grown into something so much more than I ever imagined. As I look back on these ten years, I'm filled with gratitude for every customer, every order, every market, and every person who has supported this little business along the way.

SYN began from a very personal place. I've struggled with extreme skin sensitivity and rosacea for much of my life, and I know how frustrating it can be to search for products that feel right for your skin. After trying so many things without finding what I was looking for, I decided to start creating my own.

With my background in cosmetology and my love for herbalism and aromatherapy, I began experimenting with ingredients, developing formulas, and finding ways to bring together thoughtful skincare and a little everyday indulgence.

What started as a personal journey became a passion I couldn't imagine leaving behind.

Over the years, I've had the joy of creating everything from handcrafted soaps and body creams to scrubs, skincare favorites, and seasonal collections. I've watched products come and go, tried new ideas, learned along the way, and continued to grow as a maker and small business owner.

Some of my favorite memories have been meeting customers in person, hearing that you've found a new favorite, seeing familiar faces return to my booth, and knowing that something I've created has become a small part of your day. Those moments mean more to me than you know.

Running a small business isn't always easy. There are long days, endless to do lists, new challenges, and plenty of learning along the way. But there is also so much joy in creating something with care and sharing it with people who appreciate it.

And that's what keeps me going.

As Spoil Yourself Natural celebrates ten years, my hope is still the same as it was when I began: to create thoughtfully crafted bath, body, and skincare products that make you feel good about what you use on your skin and remind you to take a little time for yourself.

To everyone who has shopped with me, visited me at a market, shared a post, recommended SYN to a friend, or simply cheered me on, thank you. Your support has helped make these ten years possible, and I never take it for granted.

Ten years is a milestone worth celebrating, and I'm so grateful you're part of this journey. I'm excited to keep creating, keep learning, and see what the next chapter brings.
